After being in a similar situation for well over a year, the one thing I've learned is that what I thought I wanted to do and what I thought was best for me, ultimately looks like it was not what God had in store for me. So be open to all possibilities!

I don't stay with my parents out of convenience but more out of love. 'Cause to be honest, I did enjoy living with roommates a lot more.

Growing up, my parents were always working and I feel like I never got to know them as people. There's a chance to do that now. And lastly, they do not love Jesus, and I just want to minister or play any role in that, that God will let me.

I am waiting for that one day my family will just pray together, fellowship, and talk about God.

I decided to catch up on your blog posts today, and I'm glad I did! Thanks for being so brave and honest! Praise God - His grace is so evident in this situation. Thanks for the reminder that we have a God who redeems and miraculously delivers his people from sin and bondage.
